Our Jakarta team produces prestigious art exhibitions across top malls and landmark venues, working closely with artists, developers, and luxury partners to create impactful experiences for the public.
Key Responsibilities/What you'll do
- Plan and execute high-quality art exhibitions and events at malls, corporate buildings, and public venues.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics — from setup, layout, and installation to dismantling and reporting.
- Collaborate with artists, curators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive presentation and storytelling.
- Liaise with venue management, vendors, and contractors for technical and operational needs.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and suppliers to deliver seamless and cost-effective events.
- Support media previews, VIP openings, and brand collaborations during exhibitions.
- Monitor visitor experience and provide on-site supervision throughout the event period.
Requirements
Experience — 2–5 years in event management, exhibition coordination, or related fields (preferably art, design, or luxury events).
Project management — Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Communication — Professional in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to coordinate effectively with partners and venues.
Creative problem-solving — Resourceful and adaptable in handling technical or logistical challenges.
Availability — Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during exhibition setups and openings.
Passion — Genuine enthusiasm for art, culture, and creating memorable visual experiences.
