Return

• Returns are only eligible if artwork(s) received does not correspond to the initial description mentioned (e.g. dimension, medium, etc)

• You have 8 (eight) calendar days to return artwork(s) from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. Artwork(s) must be in the original packaging. Artwork(s) needs to have the receipt and a recording evidence when unboxing the artwork(s).

• The cost of returning will be beared by the buyer.

Refund

• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• The inspection procedure will take 7 (seven) working days after we receive the returned artwork(s).

• L Project reserves the right to decide the appropriate amount of refund depending on various factors

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
