Key Responsibilities/What you'll do
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and timely submission of all tax filings (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Badan, etc.).
- Handle all tax audits and liaise with relevant government offices when required.
- Manage expense control, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and internal control processes.
- Coordinate with management on financial performance analysis and cost efficiency.
- Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate partners as needed.
Requirements
Education — Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience — Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, including solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
Technical Skills — Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, Excel, or similar).
Knowledge — Strong understanding of PSAK, e-faktur, and e-SPT systems.
Accuracy — High attention to detail and ability to maintain clean financial records.
Communication — Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Professionalism — Trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
